Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying Amara. We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

To start a request, contact us at hello@amaradaily.com with your order number. Because our products are consumable supplements, you do not need to return opened bottles to qualify for your satisfaction refund, simply reach out and we'll make it right.

If you'd like to return unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging, we're happy to accept those too. Please contact us first at hello@amaradaily.com before sending anything back, items sent without first requesting a return cannot be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions
Gift cards are non-refundable. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product. Please contact us with any questions about your specific order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and reviewed your request and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card company to post the refund.
