How do I take it?

Chew two gummies once a day, ideally at the same time each morning. One bottle holds 60 gummies, a 30-day supply.

What's in it?

Per 2-gummy serving: Organic Cleavers 100 mg, Organic Dandelion Root 100 mg, Organic Burdock Root 75 mg, Bromelain (from pineapple) 50 mg, Organic Ginger Root 50 mg. Other ingredients: pectin, natural pineapple flavor, citric acid, sodium citrate. Sugar-free, vegan, non-GMO, free of gluten, dairy and gelatin.

When will I notice a difference?

Fluid balance responds to consistency. Some people notice less morning puffiness in the first week; for others it takes a few weeks of daily use. Individual results vary.

I take a diuretic or other prescription medication. Can I take Amara?

Amara is an herbal supplement, not a medication. Talk to your doctor before adding any supplement, especially if you take a diuretic, are pregnant or nursing, or have a kidney, heart or liver condition. Never change prescribed medication on your own.

Shipping Protection is an optional one-time $4.95 add-on. It's added in your cart by default and you can switch it off there before checkout. If a protected order arrives damaged, is lost or is stolen in transit, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll reship it at no cost.
